Upon engaging the indepth IT Manager we will review your current IT environment, engage with your key staff to identify the IT challenges your business faces and prepare an IT strategic plan in line with your business strategy and budget.
The IT strategic plan is the core component of the indepth IT Manager service. It outlines all of the major projects, purchases with budgeted costs and estimated delivery times. Each month the indepth IT Manager will complete, project
manage or report on the progress of the IT strategy.
