Essential Server Support
Essential Server Support covers remotely maintaining the server operating system, monitoring the server, managing the email system, managing the system backup to ensure the important data can be restored if required and keeping the anti-virus software up to date.  Any application patches, changes or additions to applications on the server are charged on a discounted hourly rate as needed.

This service gives you peace of mind that the essential elements of the IT system are being monitored and pro-actively managed for a low monthly fixed fee.  Essential Support helps prevent extended system downtime and business interruptions, saving you time and money. 

Full Server Support
Server Support involves full remote management of your server and core hardware (firewall, switch) and builds on the benefits of Essential Support.  The fixed monthly fee includes unlimited remote support and site visits to address core equipment issues.
