Time and Materials Support |
All support is performed on hourly rates as required and changed in minimum 15 minute increments. Different rates for remote and onsite support apply. |

Essential Support |
Essential Support covers monitoring the system, updating patches on the server, firewall management, managing the system backup and antivirus software for a fixed monthly fee. Any changes or additional support are charged on a discounted hourly rate as needed. This is designed for smaller businesses where, for a low monthly free, pro-active monitoring and management of the core equipment, could prevent an extended system outage, saving you both time and money. |

Server Support |
Server Support involves full remote management of your server and core hardware (firewall, switch) and builds on the benefits of Essential Support. The fixed monthly fee for Server Support includes unlimited remote support and scheduled site visits. Regular system management, operating system and application patch updates, user management (creating new users, resetting passwords etc), and file system management are performed. |

Complete IT Support |
As the name suggests, Complete IT Support covers maintaining all components of the IT system including servers, PCs, laptops, printers and communications devices. This service is charged on a fixed monthly fee, based on the number and type of devices on the system. Remote user support is provided via email, phone, fax and email during business hours. Remote control utilities are employed to resolve issues promptly. |
