Essential User Support
Essential User Support covers remotely maintaining the workstation’s operating systems, monitoring the workstations and remote management of the printers.  Any application patches, changes or additions to applications on the workstations are charged on a discounted hourly rate as needed.

Remote user support is provided via phone and fax and email during business hours.  Remote control utilities are employed to resolve issues promptly.

This service gives you piece of mind that the essential elements of the workstations are being monitored and pro-actively managed for a low monthly fixed fee.   

Complete User Support
As the name suggests, Complete Users Support covers maintaining all components of a users’ equipment (including desktops, laptops, printers, PDAs and tablet devices).

This service is charged on a fixed monthly fee and provides unlimited remote support for all devices, based on the number and type of devices on the system.  Site visits are included to address issues with the devices and help ensure all components are running at their optimum.
